The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, only the value of the purchased products will be refunded; shipping costs incurred for the delivery of the goods are excluded.

The right of withdrawal may be validated exclusively for products returned intact, unused, unopened, and kept in the same condition in which they were received. Products must be returned complete with their original packaging and any intact warranty seals. Returns of products that have been opened, tampered with, damaged, or that show signs of use that compromise their marketability, integrity, or hygienic-sanitary characteristics will not be accepted. The customer is required to provide comprehensive photographic documentation to accompany the return of the goods.
