Our black olive paté is a ready-to-use spread with a bold flavor of ripe olives. It’s perfect for preparing bruschettas, crostini, and delicious appetizers, as well as enhancing flavorful roasts. Made from a concentrate of mature Nocellara del Belice olives, it only contains Centonze EVO oil. The paté is produced using only the pulp of carefully selected olives, which are processed within 24 hours of harvesting, typically at the end of the olive season when the olives are fully ripe. The result is a genuine, simple product, ideal for both vegetarians and vegans.
