Centonze - Sicilian Rosato Wine - Bottle 750ml
Centonze Rosato is characterized by its vibrant rosé color. It has a full-bodied, savory taste with a fresh acidity and a well-balanced tannic structure. On the nose, it expresses intense spicy notes of blackberry, forest fruits, and strawberry. Harvested in early September, the wine undergoes destemming and fermentation with the skins for 6-8 days at 23°/25° C in stainless steel.
This wine is perfect as an aperitif and pairs excellently with seafood, shellfish, and fish in general, especially grilled preparations. It is a great match with busiate pasta with bottarga and tuna tartare with Trapani salt.
Centonze - Sicilian Nero D'Avola Wine - Bottle 750ml
The Centonze Nero d'Avola, has a very intense ruby red color with violet reflections, a soft but powerful flavor with silky tannins and a fruity finish. Easy to detect are the intense fruity notes of plum, cherry and blueberry with hints of cloves, black pepper and licorice. The harvest takes place at the end of September and the vinification, by destemming and fermentation with the skins, in 6/8 days at 23 ° / 25 ° C. in stainless steel. It goes well with first courses, risottos, red meats, lamb and powerful cheeses. Due to its structure and intense aroma it goes perfectly with "Mezze Maniche alla Norma" with aubergines and salted ricotta.

The Centonze Grillo presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections. It has a soft, fragrant, fruity, and enveloping taste with hints of vanilla and silky tannins. On the nose, it expresses elegant and distinct notes of ripe pear, apricot, and white peach, with touches of plum and vanilla. The harvest takes place in mid-September, and the winemaking process involves destemming and natural decantation of the must, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 18°C for 12 days in stainless steel. Perfect as an aperitif, it excels with seafood, shellfish, and fish in general, especially when grilled. It pairs wonderfully with busiate with bottarga and tuna tartare with Trapani salt.
